Meet the Founder

My path in professional childcare began 24 years ago when I first arrived in the UK as an au pair. Over the past two decades, my dedication to early education led me into classrooms, nurseries, and early years settings across the country.

As a parent who has raised my own two children here in the UK, I understand firsthand the deep trust, safety, and high standards parents look for when welcoming someone into their home.

Qualified with a Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, I bring extensive training in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and rigorous safeguarding practices. Fully Enhanced DBS checked, I am committed to the highest benchmarks of child protection and developmental care.

Having walked in the shoes of an au pair, an early years educator, and a mother, I founded Rosewood Nannies to connect discerning families with exceptional, fully vetted career nannies. I evaluate every candidate through a unique lens: with the expertise of an educator and the heart of a parent.
